Terms and Conditions: Online Sales

1. Protective Undergarment will refund or exchange any product purchased on-line if it is returned in new condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. There is no refund on shipping costs.

2. Customers in Canada can expect their merchandise within seven to ten business days after their payment is received unless other factors such as back-orders occur. In case of such an occurrence the customer will be made aware of the situation.

3. Protective Undergarment is not responsible for the collection or payment of duties or taxes. The receiver is responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes issued by the destination country. This amount varies from country to country.
